My name is Heinrich Böhm, and for over 25 years I have been helping companies successfully navigate change processes, tap into new markets, and build structures that will stand the test of time. As an experienced managing director, COO, and certified personnel and business coach, I offer not only a solid foundation in management, but also a deep understanding of business dynamics.

My career has taken me from product development to international sales strategies and operational management of companies, with positions in Germany, Austria, Scandinavia, the Benelux countries, and Eastern Europe. I have helped build start-ups, been responsible for turnarounds, implemented e-commerce structures, and guided companies through mergers and reorganizations.

Not only do I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges and dynamics of the industry, I also have leadership experience in retail. This dual perspective enables me to understand both sides and bring them together in a targeted manner.

As an internationally active consultant, I speak not only German but also English and Turkish fluently and negotiate confidently. 

I don't see myself as a traditional “external consultant,” but rather as an effective sparring partner who gets involved in the company – always with an eye on economic efficiency, customer benefit, and employee development. Especially in challenging situations, such as after insolvency or during restructuring, I help to create clarity, build motivation, and successfully implement new approaches.
In addition to my work as a freelance management consultant, I am vice president of the Aviaticum aviation museum at Wiener Neustadt Airport—a project that combines history with the future and is very close to my heart.
