Field of application

The operator of these pages, hb-consulting.co.at, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Heinrich Böhm e.U. offers its services in Austria in accordance with the Trade Regulation Act for Management Consulting.

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. You can generally use our website without providing any personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
If you wish to use the (personalized) offers and services (e.g., contacting us via our contact form) offered on the website, we may require additional information from you for billing purposes and to provide these services.

Furthermore, objection to further use of your data means that you may no longer be able to use the services you have purchased and that we will immediately cease providing the respective service. Your personal data will be deleted in this context and will no longer be available in our inventory.

Use of the site by minors

The site is not intended for minors and we request that minors do not provide any personal data via the site; participation in surveys is only possible once the age of majority has been reached.

Collection, processing, and use of data

Security of processing pursuant to Art. 32 (4) GDPR

The controller, the processor and their employees – i.e. employees (service providers) and persons in an employee-like (service provider-like) relationship, e.g. interns – must keep personal data obtained from data processing that has been entrusted to them or made available to them solely on the basis of their professional activities confidential, without prejudice to other legal confidentiality obligations, unless there is a legally permissible reason for transferring the personal data entrusted or made available to them (data confidentiality).
